Resurrection

Resurrection is a class unique to our facility. Each session is about 45 minutes, targeting the entire body with a solid workout focusing on strength training and conditioning. Within the class, we can make adjustments to make it just right for your current fitness level. If you are looking to train with a supportive community and to get stronger, this class is for you!

Energy Burst

Energy burst is a 45:15 HIIT training. Each program is unique and focuses on total body strength and conditioning. Energy burst is suitable for all fitness levels.

Adult Hiphop

It’s a dance party! Join Hidi, Alexis and Robin on Mondays at 6:30 pm for a cardio dance class featuring current and old school hits. We move, groove and dance non-stop for 55 minutes following the instructor’s lead! No dance experience needed, but be ready to have a good time!

Saturday Circuit

Saturday circuit is a great class to kick off your weekend! Generally ten timed stations, Saturday circuit combines stations for strength, core, cardio and total body wellness. This is a great class to bring a friend or family and can be adapted for all levels.
