Hidi Horikoshi
Hidi has been training clients and teaching group fitness classes since 2008. Currently he holds certifications as a Women’s Coaching Specialist, Kettlebell specialist (DB8 Fitness, SFG level 2), Certified Speed and Agility coach, Movement Specialist (FMS 2), Precision Nutrition coach, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach among several others. He specializes in working with youth athletes, and clients who are just returning from previous injuries.
"In 2016 I suffered a serious rotator cuff tear and ruptured biceps tendon which required surgery. As soon as I was out of a sling I asked Hidi for help in rebuilding the strength and functionality in my right arm and to help achieve my long standing goal of becoming a certified Strongfirst SFG kettlebell instructor.
Hidi was instrumental in helping me rebuild my right arm/shoulder in record time. He also helped get me ready for the challenging certification by correcting my "too numerous to count" form issues.
As a result of Hidi's guidance and knowledge, I was able pass the certification. He is an outstanding instructor and can help anyone in achieving their fitness goals."

I am feeling so much stronger and more flexible and my knee feels great!. Michelle is always making sure I have proper body alignment keeping me safe from injury. She focuses my program on all of my goals. I am very happy with where Michelle has gotten me and feel confident I am close to being able to do almost anything now! Thank you Michelle!!”

Rawle Clark
Rawle acquired his training certificate through World International Training School in 2015. However, he has been an unofficial source of reference to many in the form of strength building and aesthetics during his 20 plus years of working-out and being actively involved in sports. Clients ranging from age 8 to 60’s have benefited from his dedication to improving health.
“I have been a member of Resurrection Movement Studio since February 2015. I have been involved in group fitness classes, as well as personal training sessions. Each of the classes offered has something unique for every individual.
I have been very fortunate to work with a majority of the trainers at RMS, with each one having a different approach to their training style. Rawle helps to push and challenge me to reach my goals and strive for new ones. He makes working out fun too.
I have been impressed with Rawle’s passion to help others, his knowledge, and his ability to adapt the workouts to meet the needs of his clients. Through Rawle’s and the other trainers’ dedication and passion, I have been able to work through physical injuries, only to make myself physically and mentally stronger.”
