ELEVATE athletes in action.

ELEVATE is our comprehensive athletes training program geared toward Middle School & High School students. Knowledgeable coaches lead training sessions that cover strength, speed, power, and mental agility in a positive environment. Unique to Summer ELEVATE is our Friday Seminar Series, where we sit down to talk about topics beyond the fitness room, including nutrition, sleep, and recovery. The series often includes current and former collegiate and professional athletes as guest speakers. They discuss the insights they’ve gained and relied on throughout their athletic journeys.

Session 1 (6 weeks): June 9 - July 18

Session 2 (6 weeks): July 14 - August 15

Whole Summer (10 weeks): June 9 - August 15

Middle School (entering grades 6-8)

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • 8:30am-10am

  • 6 weeks: $198 per athlete

  • 10 weeks: $330 per athlete

High School (entering grades 9-12 + ‘25 grads)

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

  • 8:30am-10am

  • 6 weeks: $270 per athlete

  • 10 weeks: $450 per athlete

I have boys in both the MS and HS ELEVATE programs and I can’t say enough about the experience! ELEVATE Jr. athletes having fun.

ELEVATE Jr. is our introductory athletes training program that teaches the fundamentals of fitness through game-based learning. Think of it as ELEVATE gamified! Educated coaches lead age appropriate training sessions that focus on the foundations of movement. Kids will build athleticism and sportsmanship in a supportive environment that emphasizes fun.   

Session 1 (6 weeks): June 9 - July 18

Session 2 (6 weeks): July 14 - August 15

Whole Summer (10 weeks): June 9 - August 15

Junior (entering grades 2-5)

  • Mondays and Wednesdays

  • 5:00-6:00pm

  • 6 weeks: $132 per athlete

  • 10 weeks: $220 per athlete
